Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms govern use of the Mokvi iOS app and related services. By starting a notebook, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact Mokvi@gmail.com with questions.
The service
Mokvi lets you record moka pot equipment, beans, brewing measurements, tasting notes, photos, and voice notes; compare brews; and create shareable brew cards. Your notebook records are stored on your device. Results depend on your equipment, ingredients, and judgment.
Account and device access
The app uses a device-based account identifier to keep you signed in. Keep your device secure. Signing out stops the current session while retaining local notebook data. Deleting your account clears local notebook and media data and sends an account deletion request for related service data. Apple purchase history is managed by Apple.
Your content
You keep rights in the notes, photos, recordings, and other material you create. You are responsible for having permission to use any material you add. Mokvi processes it locally to display your notebook and generate a card you request. Do not use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Coins and purchases
The first eight card designs are free. Each additional card design costs 28 coins, shown before use. Coins are digital consumables for use in Mokvi, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Apple processes in-app payments and handles applicable refunds under its App Store policies. We verify purchase transactions before completing their processing; if verification is temporarily unavailable, the app may retry once after the next successful sign-in. A purchase is credited at most once.
Acceptable use
Use Mokvi lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, misuse account or purchase functions, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to access another person's data.
Availability and liability
We may update the app and its online resources. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Mokvi is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or particular brewing results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple App Store
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Mokvi. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these terms. Mokvi is responsible for app support and claims concerning the app, subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and update the date above. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the app and delete your account. For support or legal questions, email Mokvi@gmail.com.
